- In original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Important Hygiene Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on headwear (including golf hats) or leather gloves unless they arrive defective.

Exchanges
Need a different size in those Puma polo shirts or Ecco golf shoes? Follow the same process as returns, clearly stating your desired exchange item in your email. We’ll ship your replacement as soon as we process the return (additional shipping charges may apply for international exchanges).
