Do you carry golf gear for both men and women?
Yes! While our current collection focuses primarily on men’s golf apparel, we do offer select unisex items like gloves, headwear, and outerwear that are popular with female golfers. We’re expanding our women’s line in upcoming seasons.
How do I choose the right size for golf clothing?
Each product page includes detailed size charts with measurements in inches/centimeters. For performance layers, we recommend your usual size. For outerwear designed to layer over other garments, you might consider sizing up. When in doubt, our customer service team can provide specific recommendations.

Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship and are there any restrictions?
We ship globally except to certain Asian destinations and remote regions due to logistical constraints. During checkout, the system will automatically notify you if we cannot ship to your location.
What are my shipping options and costs?

We offer two shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50, arriving 15-25 business days after dispatch

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (48 hours during peak seasons).

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package’s journey from our Panama City headquarters directly to your doorstep. Our carriers provide detailed tracking updates throughout transit.
Are there additional customs fees for international orders?
International customers may be subject to local customs fees which are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in your order total. We recommend checking your country’s import policies for sporting goods apparel.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. Items must be unworn with original tags attached for a full refund. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?

How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive email confirmation when the refund is processed.
